Where consent is required, the sign-up form should ask you to make a clear, affirmative choice to subscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting control.socials@resonantsband.com. We may retain a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we can respect your request and avoid adding you back to marketing by mistake.

For merchandise sales we use Printful to produce and fulfill merchandise. To fulfill an order, information such as your name, delivery address, contact details and order information may be provided to Printful and relevant delivery carriers. Printful processes information in accordance with the arrangements applicable to its services and its own privacy information where it acts independently.

  1. Who we share personal information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate the Website and business.

  1. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. This may include providers involved in email marketing, website infrastructure, payments and merchandise fulfilment.

Where UK data-protection law treats a transfer as a restricted international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, and any additional measures required in the circumstances. You can contact control.socials@resonantsband.com for more information about safeguards relevant to a particular transfer.

  1. How long we keep personal information

We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the relevant purpose, including legal, tax, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.

  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • erase information in certain circumstances;
  • restrict how information is used in certain circumstances;
  • provide certain information in a portable format; and
  • stop certain processing or consider an objection you make.

You have an absolute right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

To exercise a right, contact control.socials@resonantsband.com. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you have a concern about our use of personal information, please contact us first at control.socials@resonantsband.com so that we can try to resolve it.

The Website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing without the consent or other safeguards required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact control.socials@resonantsband.com.
